Refund Policy

At MarketProfit, we believe in delivering value-driven services. However, we encourage all clients to review our refund terms carefully before subscribing.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made are final, and no refunds will be issued for the portion of services already rendered. Dissatisfaction with service quality or outcomes during the active subscription period does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

Cancellation & Pro-Rata Refunds

In compliance with SEBI guidelines, if a client chooses to cancel their subscription, a pro-rata refund may be processed for the unused portion of the subscription.

Refunds will be calculated after deducting:

• Charges for the services already availed

• Applicable taxes

• Administrative fees

Refund initiation will begin within 7 days following the completion of the mandatory 30-day notice period, and the amount will be credited within 24 hours of processing.

Important Notes

• No refunds will be issued for services already provided, regardless of satisfaction or trade outcomes.

• All investment decisions based on our recommendations are made at the client’s discretion and risk. MarketProfit bears no liability for profits or losses incurred as a result.
